ENTER helps organisations put AI to work — not just discuss what it might do. We identify operational problems with leadership, prepare employees for new ways of working and build the technical solutions needed to make the change last. Based in the Czech Republic, we work across Central Europe.

We work with executives and process owners to find where time, capacity and information are lost. We build an Automation Map and prioritise improvements by potential value, complexity, risk and cost. Every selected process has a responsible owner.
We help employees use approved AI tools in daily work. Teams learn the basics before a practical workshop, try real tasks with support and agree how they will use the new approach. We assess usage and output quality, not attendance alone.
We design and build software, automation and AI agents that work with existing business systems. We define data access, approval requirements, exception handling, operational support and the checks needed before launch.
The people behind ENTER
Miloslav works with business leaders to identify where AI can improve operations, select priorities and turn those priorities into practical projects. His focus connects business strategy, implementation and technology partnerships.
Michaela runs ENTER's day-to-day operations and client delivery. She leads the strategic meetings with client leadership that open each engagement and is accountable for adoption: making sure someone in the company owns the change and people actually use the new way of working. She owns our method for adoption and measuring change.
