IT projects

IT projects from design to operations.

Behind the work is ENTER's engineering team, backed by a vetted partner delivery network. We design, build and run automation, AI agents and custom software for the long term — on top of the systems you already have.

Solution types

Solution types we know well

It knows their typical inputs, exceptions and integration needs, so it can check feasibility and scope faster.

  • Attendance tracking

No more adding up hours by hand from time clocks and spreadsheets at month end.

    1. Time clocks and Excel
    2. Hours overview and payroll input
  • Orders from email

The order arrives by email in any format. Nobody retypes it.

    1. Order by email
    2. Filed and confirmed
  • Complaints under control

No complaint gets lost in email. It is filed and tracked automatically.

    1. Complaint by email
    2. Filed and tracked
  • Paperless warehouse

Take a photo of the delivery note. Goods receipt and order matching happen automatically.

    1. Delivery note photo
    2. Stocked in and matched
  • Leave approvals

Request, approval and balance in one place, with an overview for managers and HR.

    1. Leave request
    2. Approved and recorded
  • Mileage log

Fuel purchases and trips become a complete mileage log. The system also tracks inspections and servicing.

    1. Fuel purchases and trips
    2. Mileage log and alerts
  • Invoices into accounting

An incoming invoice is extracted, matched with the order and sent for approval.

    1. PDF invoice
    2. Approved and in accounting
  • Work timesheets

Technicians’ and workers’ timesheets are collected, approved and prepared for billing and payroll.

    1. Field timesheets
    2. Ready to bill

Automation or agent

An agent is not a bigger automation.

Automation

A fixed track

A defined procedure handles predictable input reliably and cheaply. Anything nobody described in advance goes to an exception queue with a person at the end.

AI agent

A goal plus judgment

It gets a goal, a boundary and a set of tools, and decides which steps to take. It can read two orders written differently, because it works from content rather than format. It needs more engineering around it and clear governance.

Automation is the right answer more often than people expect. When it is enough, or when no new software is needed at all, we say so before anything is built.

How we build

An IT project sits in the third phase, Integration.

Audit and Adoption come before it. Every phase has an end, an output and a decision, and at each one you can say stop.

  1. AuditMap the bottlenecks with your leadership team.We map inputs, handoffs and duplicated work. We set a baseline for time, cost and quality, so there is something to compare against later.
  2. AdoptionPeople work with the new tools. The people who will use the solution learn it on their own tasks. We agree the rules and measure usage.
  3. IntegrationSystems, automation and agents connected.A pilot runs on your actual documents and systems. Then we connect data, approvals and roles. A person approves sensitive steps. We run, measure and keep improving the solution.

The three phases in detail

Engagement

Ways to work together

Pick the one that matches how much you want to hand over. They are not tiers.

Fixed scope

A defined deliverable with price and date agreed up front. For recurring solution types and stable specifications.

Discovery and business case

Analysis and evaluation on their own. You get a process map, a measured baseline and a written business case. They are yours, with no obligation to build with us.

Dedicated team

A named team of engineers working as an extension of yours. You direct the work; we handle staffing, continuity and quality.

Run and evolve

We take operational ownership of what is already built, by us or by someone else. With monitoring, support and capacity for further development, in the scope set by the contract.

How you are protected

We plan the ending at the beginning.

These rules belong in the first meeting, not in the footnotes of a contract.

Operation after go-live

Monitoring, backups and updates. The specific support terms are set in the contract.

Code ownership and exit

The contract states up front who owns the code, the data and the documentation, and defines the handover if the engagement ends.

Security by design

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access and a record of key steps. A person approves sensitive steps.

EU cloud or on-premises

You decide where the solution runs before we build it: in an EU cloud, in your own tenant or on your own servers.

Single point of accountability

One team, one contract, one delivery lead.

Strategy, AI adoption and team development, and engineering and integration, delivered by ENTER under one contract.

  • Strategy
  • AI adoption and team development
  • Engineering and integration

Systems we connect

Your existing systems stay.

We connect through the API, the database or files, and where none of that exists, through the user interface itself. We read, validate and write where your people already work.

Have an IT project that needs a team?

Tell us about the process or system you need help with. In a 30-minute call we will tell you plainly whether and how it makes sense to build it.

The initial call is an introduction. The Audit and any further work are scoped and agreed separately.
