How we work

From leadership’s priorities to a working solution.

We combine work with leadership, process mapping, technical delivery and bringing people on board. We build on the systems you already use and verify the benefit in operation.

Mapping an operational flow on a wall of sticky notes
  1. Initial conversation

An initial 30 minutes on your specific situation.

It is enough to know the situation you need to change. We derive the specific solution from the company’s goal, process and conditions.

The initial conversation is not an analysis of your company.

  2. Strategic workshop

Three hours with leadership. A shared map of the next steps.

The strategic workshop connects leadership’s goals with how the company actually works. Together we map the main processes, the handovers of work and the places where people make up for missing connections between systems. The output is a map you can use to decide what to focus on next.

    Who it is for
Owners, CEOs, COOs and heads of the company’s key areas.
    Length
3 hours. Process mapping is part of the workshop.

How we run the strategic workshop

  3. Detailed review of selected processes

We develop selected processes in the detail needed for implementation.

The level of detail in the map matches a single three-hour session. For selected processes, a detailed review of data, effort and expected benefit follows.

Before implementation we verify the availability of data, interfaces and customisations.

  4. Practical workshops

Eight hours of work on your team’s own tasks.

Participants work on situations they actually deal with: preparing inputs, processing information, checking outputs or handing work over to colleagues. Together we find a way of working they can keep using after the workshop.

    Who it is for
Specific departments and teams whose everyday work is set to change.
    Length
    8 hours.

What the practical work looks like

  5. Implementation in waves, with measurement

We start with selected work. We expand based on results.

Where repetitive work requires connecting several systems, the design and implementation of an agentic system follows. The scope is made up of selected activities and processes. We plan how they connect from the start, but implementation can happen in waves.

    1. We choose the process and the owner

We set the goal, the human owner, the starting point and the conditions for completion.

    2. We prepare hand-overs and permissions

We verify data, system connections, decision rules and exceptions.

    3. We test the solution with the team

We work through real situations, set up checks and prepare users for the new way of working.

    4. We measure and develop

We track operational results and actual use. We add further activities according to priorities and proven benefit.

    How the agentic system works

Control and permissions

You decide what the system may do.

  • A human owner

Each area has a human owner. The owner approves the necessary decisions, resolves exceptions and sets the limits within which the system may work.

  • Permissions per activity

We set permissions for individual activities. One step can run automatically while the next waits for approval.

  • A person decides

A new or unclear situation is handed to a person. Sensitive steps, such as sending a payment, stay under human approval.

Frequently asked questions

Is process mapping a separate workshop?
Basic mapping is part of the three-hour strategic workshop. Selected processes can then be developed in the detail needed for implementation.
What happens after the workshop?
Depending on the outcome, we agree on developing the priorities in detail, practical work with teams or preparing the implementation. The further scope of cooperation is agreed separately.
Do we have to change our ERP?
Replacing your ERP is not a requirement. We first look at how to build on the systems you already use.
How will we know the benefit?
We define the starting point and the measures in advance. Depending on the process, we track for example processing time, the number of manual interventions, error rates or how early warnings arrive.

What is limiting your company’s further growth today?

We will discuss your priorities and decide together where it makes sense to start.
